Trillium Flow Technologies is buying Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing company that serves the facility, desalination, water transmission and oil and fuel markets.
The two companies have signed a joint agreement that can deliver the Termomeccanica Pompe, Gabbioneta Pumps and Begemann brands together underneath the Trillium umbrella in Italy.
When the deal closes, La Spezia-based Termomeccanica will concentrate on growing the ecological and gas compression sectors, where its subsidiaries TME and TMIC function.
