Dover has entered into a definitive agreement to accumulate Malema Engineering Corp, a US designer and producer of high-precision, mission-critical flow-measurement and control devices for the biopharmaceutical, semiconductor and industrial sectors.
Malema’s products will broaden Dover’s biopharma single-use production providing, which already consists of Quattroflow pumps, CPC connectors, and em-tec flowmeters.
Based in Boca Raton, Florida, and with services in San Jose, California, Singapore, South Korea and India, Malema expects to generate approximately US$40 million–45 million in revenue during the full year 2022.
