The 30 deepwell gasoline pumps shall be delivered between August 2022 and January 2024.
This is certainly one of Svanehøj’s largest LNG fuel-related orders to date. It can be the second LNG fuel pump techniques order that Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding has placed with Svanehøj in the last 12 months. In July 2021, Svanehøj signed a contract to provide deepwell pumps for 10 dual-fuel LNG container vessels (15 000 TEU).
Svanehøj quadrupled gross sales of its patented deepwell gasoline pumps in 2021, and says there are tons of indications that sales might enhance even further in 2022.
“Until a couple of years in the past, using LNG as a marine gasoline was restricted to LNG carriers and smaller ships. But we are actually seeing a sharp improve in gas pump orders for deep sea vessels corresponding to container ships and automobile carriers,” mentioned Johnny Houmann, chief gross sales officer at Svanehøj. “We had been chosen as the provider of fuel pump systems for over 50% of the dual-fuel LNG container vessels ordered globally in 2020–21. And เพรสเชอร์เกจคือ aim to increase our market share further in the coming years.”
